Riveted Panel Side, ISO "Hi-Cube" 53 Ft length Containers with Climate Control Units
Climate Controlled Intermodal Containers differ both from general service containers, and also differ from Containers with Refrigeration Units. A very common sight along the northern tier of US States, as well as in Canada, the Climate Control units mounted on the nose can moderate the temperature inside the container to keep the cargo from freezing, as well as just keep a flow of air moving through the container at moderate temperatures for fresh food products that need to be kept in the 40-60 degree range. These nose units are made by both Carrier and ThermoKing. We will offer a version of both brands, as well as versions with both a 65 gallon and 150 gallon diesel fuel tank.
We expect the road names below to be available in late Summer/ early Fall and will be a very quick sell out, as this type of container has never before been modeled. So don't miss out, get your Pre-Order in early.
Each Paint scheme will be available in 2 different 2-paks ( and each of the 2-paks will have 2 different container Identification numbers), So a total of 4 different containers for each Paint scheme will be offered. On Paint schemes that prove to be more popular, we will offer additional container identification numbers in the future.

Stock Checks:
Inventory is a fluid commodity. It changes by the
hour (sometimes by the minute). To retain our pricing structure
we maintain stock levels designed to turnover 6 times each
year. We cannot guarantee stock status till we have an order
in hand. All product is subject to prior sale. If we confirm
that we have it, and, while we are waiting for the order
it sells, you would be upset that we did not hold it.
We used to hold items but learned a VERY EXPENSIVE lesson.
When we held items for customers’ orders, the order
never materialized 80%+ of the time. We lost out on
the orders placed while the item was on hold. Also
we wasted staff time that could have been used to pull actual
orders.
Since we are well known for finding older stock the fact
that it may not be on our shelves at this minute does not
mean we can’t get it. So, as we spell out on our terms
pages, we don’t do it anymore. You may, however, call in and we will tell you if the items
are available and if possible attempt to locate what we
don’t have while you are on the phone. |
